 Sappi has produced a new guide that aims to help printers speak to customers about the effectiveness of print “with a stronger voice”. Sappi’s Let’s Talk About Print publication is a seven-part toolkit that includes research, case studies, media performance data and explanations about sustainability. It is targeted at printers, print buyers, media planners and agencies. “This guide gives them clear facts and arguments they can use to challenge assumptions and show where print delivers real value.”

Sappi said the guide included “clear responses” to the five most common customer barriers to using print, along with independent research and data supporting print’s role in effective campaigns, including when combining print with digital media, print ROI, and the level of trust and attention attached to printed matter. The toolkit also features QR codes to shareable PDFs, and ’60 second pitch’ conversation starters.
