Heather has been successful in helping both employees and employers manage the transitions in customer needs and digital applications. She has managed the full spectrum of functions in Printing/Graphics Arts/Graphic Communications, which gives her in-depth insight into the competencies required to manage transformation effectively. Heather who is the daughter of industry veteran and past owner of Mary Black Recruiting, Mary Black.They had offices in Toronto and Vancouver.  She worked with her mother on recruiting  for companies in the Canadian printing industry.
