BURNABY, BC—Hemlock Printers has installed a new four-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 press. It features a new 52" digital display and 19" touch screen.

The machine's production, including manufacturing and transporation, was 100% carbon neutral, said a company release. Unavoidable greenhouse gas emissions were compensated for with the purchase of climate protection certificates in keeping with the Kyoto Protocol.

Hemlock Printers is a large commercial printer with a production facility in Burnaby and offices in Victoria, Seattle and San Francisco. It offers offset and digital printing as well as digital photography and other services.
