MISSISSAUGA—RP Graphics Group has acquired the outstanding shares of Data in Motion Marketing.

“Data in Motion Marketing is an innovative company focused on technology; a perfect fit for our company," said Marc Fortier, president of RP Graphics Group in a release. "We have had a long standing relationship with Data in Motion Marketing and this is the logical next step for both our companies,” he said.

Based in Mississauga, RP Graphics is a commercial printer offering litho, digital, large format, variable, bindery, mailings, and digital marketing services. The acquisition of Data in Motion increases the company's capacity to manage and process direct mail, variable imaging and specialty finishing applications.

“Combining our capabilities with the broad range of services available at RP Graphics benefits our clients and allows the combined sales force to develop new opportunities,” said Data in Motion Marketing founding partner Kareem Sesook in the release.

Data in Motion Marketing continues to exist as a brand specializing in direct marketing and specialty finishing, but has been integrated into RP Graphics' Mississauga facility.
