Print 44 location closed by landlord
MISISSAUGA—PrintCAN has learned that the 1545 Britannia Rd. Mississauga office of Print 44 has been closed due to unpaid rent to the landlord. A notice posted on the door reads that the company owes “$17,437.81” to the landlord and is dated Sept. 16. This is despite claims from partner Mazyar Ekbatani last week who said that the company is very much in operation when he spoke to PrintCAN.
Ekbatani also confirmed industry rumours that his brother and Print 44 partner, Arash Ekbatani is part of Green Dot Printing, a company sources say is operating in Mississauga.
A call today to Mazyar Ekbatani regarding the eviction was not returned and a company employee would not divulge the new Print 44 location.
