Inplex Facility Logistics is now Grenville Management Inc.
TORONTO—Grenville Management and Printing has been the holding company for Inplex Facility Logistics since 2005 but is now taking over its name to avoid confusion. “We are returning to our roots and officially changing the brand of our company to a name that is familiar to clients and the industries we serve,” said president and CEO Michael Burke in a release. “Grenville is a name that customers associate with superior quality, customer service, reliability and innovation in managed services.”
Although Grenville Management Inc. was the holding company for Inplex, Greville Printing — later acquired by Grafikom — was a separate company which has since folded.
"That situation gave us an excellent opportunity to re-launch the Grenville name, founded nearly 40 years ago," he said. "The Inplex name has served us well since 2005, but we move forward with our corporate identity program, which does not, in any way, disrupt client service." He added that management and employees remain in place and will be able to offer expanded services in future.
Moving forward Burke said he would like to see Grenville which serves the North American market focus on acquiring companies with a digital base. “I believe the future is in information and how you produce that is secondary,” he said. “I’m intrigued with buying digital companies. I look at them as producing information in the most cost-effective way.”
