Quebecor Inc. launching flyer printing and distributing subsidiary
MONTREAL—Quebecor Media Inc. announced today that’s it’s creating a flyer printing and distributing subsidiary. The newly minted Quebecor Media Network will group the company’s printing plants in Toronto and Mirabel, Que., with Alex Media Services, Messageries Dynamiques and the community weekly distribution network.
Quebecor Media is big into the flyer biz, having distributed 1.5 billion of them across Canada last year.
The Montreal-based company has shilled out more than $250 million on the two printing plants.
