—  Fujifilm has sold its Chinese plate manufacturing business to Chinese group Huangshan Jinruitai Technology (JRT), which will take over printing plate sales in the UK and Europe as part of the deal. It includes a licence for JRT to use product brands and certain Fujifilm intellectual property rights, including patents. The transfer includes platesetter devices used for imaging printing plates . Fujifilm also retains its Japanese plate manufacturing facility, where printing plate production continues. Japan the  US, Canada and Mexico sales territories were not included.
