—  Plockmatic Group has launched a new machines including a fully automated, tangential creasing and cutting digital die-cutter. The FB9550 Pro-T features five tools that support die-cutting, creasing, perforation, debossing, and kiss cutting. Each one is designed to handle a variety of applications with precision and consistency. Its QR code driven workflow enables file retrieval for mixed or batch job production, SmartMark registration is said to deliver “incredible accuracy” using ColorCut Pro software, and a patented Rear Mark Scanning System is said to optimise creasing quality for certain jobs by creasing the back of the sheet without having to print marks or QR codes on both sides. Its 2.5kg creasing and cutting pressure is said to ensure “deeper more defined creases” for a high-quality finish on media from thin self adhesive label to boards up to 3,000 microns.
