clients delaying or scaling back projects in response to uncertainty about demand in their end markets as well as concerns about the impact of tariffs and ongoing labour disruptions at Canada Post. Summary of results include: Revenues were $105.4 million in the second quarter vs. $108.7 million in Q3 2024
Adjusted EBITDA1 represented 11.7% of revenue vs. 11.6% in Q3 2024. Adjusted EBITDA was $12.3 million vs. $12.6 million in Q3 2024. SG&A expenses decreased to $18.2 million vs. $21.3 million in the prior year quarter.DCM is the third largest printer in Canada behind Transcontinental and VistaPrint. DCM has 15 plants across Canada including  B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
