National Bank Buys Part of Ennis
MONTREAL—
The National Bank of Canada has purchased a position in Ennis, Inc., according to a filing with the Securities & Exchange Commission. This latest acquisition saw the institutional investor buying shares of Ennis’ stock. Ennis, Inc is US publicly traded printer that specializing in business forms and printed business products such as advertising specialties, checks and software compatible forms, commercial printing, custom business forms and more.
Ennis is probably the largest trade printer in the US sales of over $400 million. With 32 subsidiaries in 55 plants across the sates. Divisions include Printer, Admore, Atlas Tag & Label, Folder Express, Trade Envelopes and Wisco Envelopes. Currently they have no locations in Canada yet. A large part of Ennis’s stock is owned by institutional investors and hedge funds totaling about 72.86% of the company’s stock holdings.
