Data Reduces Employees, Increases Sales Per Employee
BRAMPTON—
Total employee count at the end of 2021 was 922, down 14.5% from the prior year, and down 34.7% since 2017. Revenue per employee of $255,200 this year grew by 6.1% compared to $240,600 last year, and is up 24.4% since 2017. Six senior positions were eliminated in total this year along with two full layers of management . Total revenues in fiscal 2021 were $235.3 million down to $259 million in 2020, almost 10% .
Revenue in the second half of 2021 was flat vs. the prior year, while revenue in the first half of 2021 was down 16.8% compared to the first half of 2020, evidence that our business has stabilized. Data Communications Management (DCM) core print and technology revenue was up 10.3% in the second half of the year compared to the prior year, excluding COVID-related resales and other product resales from total revenue.
