Kodak Increases Sales 12% During Pandemic

 Kodak has reported an improved performance across the business in its results for 2021. Kodak reported  revenues for the period of $1.15 billion, up 11.8% on the $1.029 billion for 2020. The company also ended 2021 with a cash of $362 million up from  $196 million at the end of 2020. Sales at the  Printing division, Kodak’s biggest business division , was up from $592 million in 2020 to $659 million in 2021.

Digital Printing sales climbed from $241 million a year ago to $249 million , while Advanced Materials & Chemicals sales jumped from $172 million in 2020 to $212 million in 2021. Kodak executive chairman and CEO Jim Continenza said the business had continued to navigate through “an unusually challenging business environment” in 2021 and delivered revenue growth in all of its segments “for the first time in years”.
