CITO-Systems bought by Bobst
GERMANY—
Bobst, manufactures of die cutting and glueing equipment has bought a majority interest in creasing system supplier CITO-SYSTEM. As part of this, Bobst will own 51% in CITO-SYSTEM and the remaining will be held by the latter’s management. CITO makes die cutting supplies such as creasing matrixes, cutting plates and die makeready materials .
It will continue to operate under the same management. CITI-SYSTEMS Headquartered in Schwaig/Germany. . Bobst also owns Brausse Group ( die cutters) which has it's headquarters in Richmind B.C. Bobst also owns Shanghi Eternal Machinery ( die cutters and gluers). In 2017, BOBST acquired a majority participation in BOXPLAN that specialises in die-cutting innovative technologies including the Hybridsetter equipment.
