Not HP but Xerox has acquired Digitex Canada, the largest independent services, software and technology provider in Western Canada. Digitex has 11 locations in Western Canada in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba . Centred in Alberta with 6 locations. Estimated sales of $8.5 million and about 110 employees.

Xerox says they are  expanding there footprint in the fast-growing North America small and midsize business market (SMB) with their  acquisition of Digitex Canada,Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This Xerox third acquisition of a dealer or distributor in the last year. Rabbit Office Automation in 2019 and Arena Group in January of this year.
