MONTREAL— Pazazz Printing has been bought out of creditor protection and incorporated under a new company. Former President and founder Warren Werbitt has left the company. Warren had build a reputation in the industry, on his passionate videos on printing.  Marc Giroux who joined the company in July has taken over as president and will be directing the company on a daily bases. Pazazz Printing has a staff of about 50. The new  majority  owner is Jimmy Garfinkle of Mitchel-Lincon  a corrugated box manufacture in Quebec. Pazazz had sales of about $15 million before going into creditor protection.  Pazazz Label which is a separate company and was not involved in the creditor  protection will be moving out of the building.
