BOSS LOGO Missing In Action
MARKHAM—
Gang Run Trade Printer
Gang Run Trade Printer
BOSS LOGO in Markham appears to have closed. Industry sources have said it was  closed by creditors. BOSS LOGO started in 1995 as a gang run printer broker later bought their own presses and got into the on-line gang run trade business. BOSS LOGO has had financial difficulties for the last 3 to 4 years.
Known  for their aggresive inserts in the trade publications ( free silver

It looks like they're at the same address as MPI Print. It's safe to say that it is unwise to send any orders to this company until they're out of receivership/acquired by someone else.

Looks like they are not at Mi5 anymore, their address has changed to Concord now... I've had to cancel two orders that they have left me hanging on. Where to go now? Any recommendations?

Had a job with Boss from last week and was told it would be delayed - did notice their address had changed to a Mississauga address (same as Mi5 address). Then today I get an email and am told my job has been canceled as they are no longer associated with Mi5 - I can see on their website they now have a Concord address. So are they still operating? Any other suggestions for reliable printers for small run business cards?

@John - I guess it depends if Mi5 is handling the gang runs for Boss Logo. At the very least, I'd expect people won't be hearing about machines being down every week which would certainly help turnaround.

Locks were on the doors last week. Not sure if any equipment was moved. Not too sure how MI5 can do any better. The management of gang run jobs is a very different beast than commercial print and we all know how "great" the management was at Boss.

Looks like they're still in business. They merged with Mi5. I'd assume this means a lot more reliable turnarounds.
