Founders Advantage Capital has  announce that it has entered into a letter of intent to acquire a 50% interest in Astley Gilbert for $24.7 million .  After completion of the Transaction, the current owners of Astley Gilbert, being Wayne Wilbur, Ari Yakobson and Rino Dambrosio, will collectively retain a 50% interest in Astley Gilbert and will continue to manage the day-to-day operations.  Completion of the Transaction is expected to close late October , 2017.

Astley Gilbert, founded in 1970, has 13 locations in Ontario. Astley Gilbert claims to have the largest market share for architectural, engineering and construction (“AEC”) reproductive printing in Ontario.   Astley Gilbert’s clients include some of the largest AEC firms in Ontario . From airports to transit lines to commercial buildings, Astley Gilbert was listed as the 31st largest printer in Canada with about $34 million in sales on Graphic Monthly Top  Canadian Printers list.
