Xerox may be acquiring RR Donnelley
MISSISSAUGA, ON—Both Print Week and Bloomberg are reporting that Xerox is looking to acquire RR Donnelley and merge some of its copier and print related services.

Bloomberg reports that talks are in early stages and plans may be announced before the Xerox separation is complete. Last year, RR Donnelley announced its own plans to separate into three publicly traded companies. According to these new reports, an acquisition by Xerox would halt that process.
