Versatech acquires Komori inventory from Howard Graphic Equipment
MISSISSAUGA, ON—Howard Graphic Equipment and Versatech Press Electronic Service have announced the sale and acquisition of HGE’s Komori spare parts inventory—valued at over $350,000—and will use Versatech’s services for Komori installations and repairs.

“I have known John Simons for 25 years,” says Nick Howard. “During that time, we have enjoyed working together on various projects. We have no qualms in recommending Versatech to any of our clients who operate Komori equipment.”
John Simons remarked, “I’m looking forward to being able to continue working with HGE on installations and repairs of Komori machinery. Versatech now becomes the largest stockholder of Komori spare parts in Canada.”

Versatech will be good. Good experience and reputation for new Komori presses.

K-North Services Inc is the only authorized Komori dealer in Ontario and Western Canada for new and used equipment, parts and service.

I though K-North was the Komori dealer? There's 2 dealers now?
