TORONTO—The C.J. Group has announced the acquisition of typesetting and assembly studio, Artwords Inc.

The purchase will increase the C.J. Group's production capabilities, as it will add the studio’s printing machines and large-format devices to the company’s arsenal.

Specifically, Artwords  services also include graphic production, print production, short-run and large-format digital printing, kitting, shipping and installations and in-house proofreading.

“This partnership is a great fit for our ever-expanding group of companies and will greatly help service and expand our retail division moving forward,” said Jay Mandarino, President and CEO of the C.J. Group of Companies.

This is C.J.’s third facility. Two more acquisition are planned before the end of the year.
