Accell Graphics sold
LONDON, ON—Accell Graphics, whose owner Warner Tenkate recently passed away, has been sold to The Aylmer Express Ltd., a 133-year old general commercial printer operating just outside London.
Aylmer Express owner John Hueston told PrintCAN the deal closed early last week, and the shop will continue to operate as Accell Graphics. He said the two companies are a good fit because they share similar customers and corporate outlook, with particular focus on environmental and social responsibility.
Hueston also said that Accell Graphics never ceaced operating, as reported earlier on PrintCAN.
