 Xerox has raised its full-year 2026 revenue and operating income guidance after a successful Q2 period, while its share price jumped by a third. Xerox recorded revenue of $1.92bn, up 22% or 21.2% in constant currency. Revenue was down 6.5%. For the companies Print and other segment, revenue climbed by 26.9% year-on-year to $1.73bn. IT Solutions’ revenue dropped by 8.9% year-on-year in Q2, to $194m.

The results reflect the inclusion of Lexmark’s estimated results from 1 April 2025 through to 30 June 2025. Lexmark’s actual results are included in Xerox’s reported results beginning on 1 July 2025, the effective date of the acquisition. Xerox recorded GAAP net income of $13m, or $0.07 per share, up $119m or $0.94 per share year-on-year, respectively. It achieved adjusted net income of $55m, or $0.38 per share, up $132m or $1.02 per share year-on-year, respectively. Xerox reported an adjusted operating income of $203m, up $144m year-on-year, and an adjusted operating margin of 10.6%, up 690 basis points year-on-year. Xerox said it's Print and IT Solutions total sales pipelines remained ahead of the prior year, while it reduced its total debt outstanding by more than $200m.
