WARMINSTER, PA—  B&R Moll International new launch is the FlexCut 508, a rotary die-cutter that can take a minimum sheet size of 279.5x215mm and a maximum sheet size of 508x508mm. It has a minimum cut size of 63.5x63.5mm and can handle paper stock from 190gsm to 600mic. The machine is designed for speeds up to 5,000sph. The FlexCut comes with a pile feeder with register, it has a top and bottom cylinder to allow for crease/perfs and cutting. The machine comes with Moll’s patented Micro Gap Technology die adjustment of the cylinder. Once cut the machine can remove all the waste and is 100% nickless and is delivered on a shingle delivery. The new machine is commercially available immediately and described as “competitively priced for that market”.
