Fiery Acquires Inedit RIP Software
FREMONT, CALIFORNIA—
Fiery, innovator of digital front ends and workflow software, announced it has entered into an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire all interests in Spanish specialty print technology company Inèdit Software. A leader across a broad range of digital textile printing applications, Inèdit’s products and technologies will complement Fiery’s industry-leading specialty print software portfolio, creating a comprehensive suite of solutions for printers worldwide.
With this acquisition, Fiery expands its product portfolio to deliver an integrated range of software solutions for the digital textile and specialty printing markets. Inèdit’s respected products — including neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog, and neoMatch — will enhance Fiery’s Digital Factory family of solutions, supporting applications such as fashion and apparel, home décor, soft signage, and direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Fiery was sold to Epson in 2024 by EFI. It retained its name and structure, and continue to operated as a separate entity from Epson. .Industry chatter is heating up around reports that EFI itself may be sold soon, with Siris Capital Group — the private equity firm that took EFI private — rumored to be exploring a sale.
