TORONTO—  Specialties Graphics Finishers Inc (in the business since 1939) and Anstey Book Binding (in the business since 1883) has been sold. One of Toronto's largest trade binderies with a staff of over 50 and a 62,000 Sq. Ft. plant, In Toronto's east end. Specialties does work printers from 8 provinces and 17 States (up to 3000 miles away). Know for doing work that no other bindery could do. The Beange family has owned it for 60 years. Norm Beange has been the direct owner for 45 years. Some called Norm the ultimate paper engineer. If he could not figure our how to bind it , then it could not be done. Norm is also know for his short videos on unusual bindery jobs. The sale has been to Blair Wilson one of the three founders of a long-term, large trade bindery called BCW.  He subsequently sold it and for the last seven years has worked for Elite Bindery and now is a sole owner of Specialties Graphic Finishers Inc.  The future will see the addition of more higher production capacity machines, and an increase in number of employees. Specialties will continue to innovate with creative, effective, technical skills and innovative machines to produce unusual, specialized products. Specialties slogan is still "Ideas that sell print!"
