CCL Opens 44,000 Sq. Ft. New Montreal Plant
MONTREAL.—
CCL Industries, label printing and product packaging, open its new 44,000-square-foot building in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, entirely dedicated to label production. CCL Label Montréal, the only company in Québec capable of printing leaflets, folding cartons and labels at the same site, has invested $4.8 million in renovating its new facility, which will also be equipped with cutting-edge technology.
Printing and packaging in the pharmaceutical sector require specific expertise, particularly in terms of quality control, so as not to endanger users’ lives. “This new facility underlines our commitment to industrial excellence and growth in the pharmaceutical industry,” Mr. Krahenbuhl said. “With over 190 dedicated employees, we are proud to be strengthening our presence in Québec while setting new standards in printing and innovation for our customers.”
