Labelink Buys Another Label Company
MONTREAL, QUEBEC—
Labelink, a Canadian manufacturer with a diverse portfolio of printing technology for packaging, is acquiring International Label & Printing, a printing converter in Chicago with ties to the consumer packaging sector. International Label has roots tracing back to the 1940s.

Fourth acquisition in last two years

This acquisition expands Labelink’s presence in the US but also accelerates its plans to expand its footprint in North America.

11 plants across Canada and the United Stated
|
Setting up a North American network of label plants between purchasing, marketing and operations with a one-stop-shop. With 11 plants across Canada and the United Stated. In August 2023 Labelink bought trade label houses Taylor Label and label Factory in Ontario. In October of 2023 they bought Pro Label in Appleton, WI.
