—  Epson has added two new 64-in. dye-sublimation printers, the F9570 and F9570H, to its SureColor F-Series line, according to a press release. The new models feature a new compact footprint, a 4.3-in. touchscreen and a high-capacity, hot-swappable replaceable ink pack system with 1.6L per ink pack to minimize downtime. A user-replaceable 2.6-in. PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead with Nozzle Verification Technology enables the delivery of prints at speeds up to 1,590 sq. ft./hr. With UltraChrome DS ink technology for great color saturation and contrast, the SureColor F9570H offers an expanded six-color ink set including CMYK plus either light cyan and light magenta, fluorescent pink, fluorescent yellow, orange and violet. The two models will replace the SureColor F9470 and F9470H. Capable of producing high-quality images on textiles and hard goods, the SureColor F9570 and SureColor F9570H are suitable for soft signage, promotional products and photo panels, home décor, sports apparel and fashion.
