HOFHEIM, GERMANY—  Christoph Brünner will lead the POLAR Group as Managing Director together with Haiko Stüting. He takes over the position from Thomas Raab. Christoph Brünner studied mechanical engineering at the TU Berlin and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has held leading positions in the automotive and mechanical engineering industries both nationally and internationally .POLAR has specialized in the design of innovative and future-proof solutions in the print finishing industry. With around 350 employees worldwide at its sites in Hofheim and Shanghai (China), POLAR develops systems for the automation of industrial cutting and die-cutting processes. Polar is largest world manufacture of cutters to the printing industry. Polar also sells under the Mohr brand. In 2022 Polar was forced into creditor protection.
