RICHMOND, BC—  Paper Excellence Canada has once again been voted one of Canada’s Best 50 Corporate Citizens by Corporate Knights.* Paper Excellence Canada operates mills in British Columbia and Saskatchewan, and is a diversified manufacturer of pulp and paper – including printing and writing, packaging and specialty papers. The Best 50 award is judged using key performance indicators that relate to the organization’s raw resource use, emissions profile, social performance, safety performance and percentage of revenue from clean sources. The 2023 application to Corporate Knights’ Best 50 was the last one to be submitted as Paper Excellence Canada. Moving forward, the company is integrating with Domtar and Resolute Forest Products to create a single, larger and more diversified entity.
