 Sustana Group, a fiber and paper company, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Hanna Paper, one of the largest high-grade paper recycling companies in North America. Sustana also also owns Rolland Paper Mills out of Quebec which specializes in recycled fine papers. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, Hanna processes 300,000 tons of paper annually through its eight recovery facilities across North America.

The company employs approximately 200 employees and services over 1,000 customers. Hanna Paper was founded in 1977 in Toronto and has since grown to be one of the largest high-grade paper recycling companies in North America. Hanna Paper is one of the largest waste paper recycling companies servicing the commercial printing industry in Canada. Sustana Group also owns Sustana Fiber a manufacture of recycled fiber and paper.
