Now Canada's third largest printer after buying RR Donnelly Canada
 DATA Communications Management (“DCM”), reported second quarter of 2023 with revenue up +74.7%, and gross profit up +56.7%, compared to the second quarter of 2022. Year over year growth is primarily driven by the acquisition of Moore Canada Corporation (RR Donnelley Canada). The combined business achieved growth from expansion revenue with existing clients, new client wins, and continuing progress passing raw material increases from customers.

Gross profit margin was 26.9% for the second quarter of 2023 vs.30% YA. The lower average gross margins of Moore contributed to a lower overall gross margin. One-time adjustments recorded of $3.8 million in costs related to the acquisition and integration of Moore and restructuring costs of $2.7 million for the quarter; Total net debt at the end of the second quarter of 2023 was $93.6 million, down more than 30% since closing the Moore acquisition. During the second quarter of 2023, DCM financed 100% of the Moore with debt.
