LONDON , ENGLAND—  Informa has reached agreement with other shareholders to acquire Tarsus, runs the global Labelexpo series of exhibitions and events and is the publisher of Labels & Labeling magazine for $940m. Tarus runs LabelExpo America, LabelExpo India, LabelExpo Southeast Asia, LabelExpo Mexico and LabelExpo Europe. The next American show is September 2024 in Chicago. Tarus also owns Labels & Labeling magazine the largest magazine in the world for the label industry. Informa owned Ipex the world's oldest printing trades show started in 1880. Once the worlds largest trade show for the printing industry was moved to London in 2014 in the centre of the European recession and lost a number of high profile exhibitors. Ipex died in 2018. There was even an Ipex Print show in India years for several years.
