Last year $5,000,000 was distributed to employee-owners (a 200% increase from the prior year). The average employee-owner received almost $10,000 in ownership benefits. These ownership rewards have helped their employees and their families during a time of high inflation and have ultimately had a trickle-down benefit for the community. Just this week, Friesens announced another $2,250,000 will be distributed to employee-owners in the month of January. Friesens is an employee-owner Company.
