I am exhausted to the point where I will send my client's work to Quebec before I use MPI again. Nothing but substandard service and terrible quality  and unethical business responses! Make no mistake, these people do NOT have your best interest in mind, cold and callous and all they care about is getting your money.

Another thing to consider is, perhaps Point-One sold your stock to MPI. Why is everyone so trusting of the guys that stiffed employees and suppliers? Has anyone been able to get in contact with the former management? I would imagine the told MPI all of the stock was their inventory in an effort to increase the value of the company. But I'm just speculating.

Yes, my Stock was Stolen too. First response was Point One didn't order the Stock they took the Money and ran. Provided Proof Stock was ordered. Was then told it was never received at Point One Plant. Once again proved them wrong with copy of signed Delivery Slip to Point One. I just kept feeding them more Line to expose their Lies. Final excused was that Point One took the Stock when in fact they had Transport Trucks empty all the Stock from Point One in early February.

I checked them out further. Totally unprofessional. They have one guy who seems to handle everything and he is all over the place. I decided I couldn't trust him as nothing he offered was put in writing, a suitable contract etc.

Does anyone have anything good to say about these guys. Considering them, but this doesn't sound good.

I've experienced and heard from my colleagues nothing but disaster stories laced with lies, which ultimately resulted in client losses. I know the pickens are slim out there, but you would do much better off using an out of town printer than going through sleepless nights and headaches with MPI!

Editor- MPI says they have taken it over.

MPI underperformed on every level on 2 major projects. Terrible customer service and misleads when jobs were on press or to be completed. I suggested a debrief call with the owner to figure things out for the future. No response. There won't be a third job.

MPI took my paper and my 50% deposit and then claimed they didn't know anything about the job (even though we had numerous emails and phone calls with their staff about when it was to be on press!). They then said too bad, take this up with PointOne???

“ MPI says they are retained most of the staff” fake news, most of old employees have not received a job offer.
