It’s the fastest machine running in North America with a speed of 100 covers per minute! , short set-up times. The KOLBUS Copilot® system makes for competitive unit costs, even when case formats are changed frequently. On the DA 280, edges are turned in as the cases are transported continuously through the machine. The relatively long turn-in time is a major reason why this head and tail turn-in system guarantees perfect edges regardless of what binding material is being used. Multi Bookbinding has been  serving printers since 1988 and keep upgrading their equipment. They  are operating from Shawinigan near Montreal with a team of 75 employees in a plant of 62 000 sq2. Hard Cover, Smyth Sewing, Flex Case, Lay Flat and Perfect binding are Multi Bookbinding  specialties .
