FujiFilm and Kodak plates are now distributed by Spicers

FUJIFILM Canada has announced a national distributor agreement with Spicers Canada, a national paper merchant , specialty products, sign & display media, and industrial packaging products based in Ontario.  Spicers will act as a nationwide distributor for the Graphics Division of FUJIFILM Canada. including its CTP (computer-to-plate) plates and related equipment.

 “Spicers' strong sales and logistic capabilities made it a logical choice as a partner with whom to expand and amplify Fujifilm's product offerings in Canada." said Stephane Blais, VP, Graphic Systems and Technical Services divisions, Fujifilm Canada. Spicers Canada is also a national distributor for Kodak plates and will continue to distribute them. All the major plate manufactures in Canada do sell direct to major accounts. Heidelberg use to distribute Kodak and Fujifilm but now sell Agfa under it's own house brand.
