Free Trade Deal Comes In to Effect July 1
WASHINGTON—
Free trade deal will come into effect on July 1st Canada Day. The American's have cleared the way for implementation of the long-awaited trade agreement (USMCA or NAFDA 2.0) with Canada and Mexico. The American's have notified its North American trade partners on April 24 that it finalized internal ratification , passed by Congress and signed by President Donald Trump .
A step that both Canada and Mexico have all ready completed . The new trade deal will have little if any effect on the printing industry in North America. What changes in paper work is not clear yet. The final implementation of the deal does remove the uncertainty of no deal which Trump had treated several times. With Canada a net exporter of printing to the U.S. no deal would have been a huge body blow to the Canadian printing industry.
