Xerox has acquired two leading services and technology providers, Altodigital and ITEC Connect. Altodigital and ITEC are both  in managed print services and specialists in IT services, an area into which Xerox is rapidly expanding .This is the fourth  acquisition targeting the  SMB market this year. In January, Xerox announced the purchase of Arena Group, which provides office technology, software, solutions and services.

 Xerox also acquired Digitex Canada, the largest independent services, software and technology provider in Western Canada. Digitex has 11 locations in Western Canada in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.They also bought Rabbit Office Automation in 2019. Xerox’s vision to broaden the range of services and technologies available to SMBs ( small and midsize business market ) requiring a modern work experience.”
