JAPAN— Fuji Xerox has announced that it is changing its corporate name to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp. as of April 1, 2021. They will also has decided to end the Technology Agreement with Xerox Corporation on the agreement’s expiration date, March 31, 2021. The Technology Agreement provides for technology/brand licenses and sales territories applicable to each company. Further, under the Technology Agreement, which provided the sales territories for each company. Fuji Xerox was the Asia-Pacific region and now will be able to expand to North America. Fuji Xerox has sales around $10 billion a year , Xerox have declined to a little over $9 billion.
