TOKO—   Ricoh announced  an agreement to buy ColorGATE Digital Output Solutions , a printing  software provider  with a specific competence in colour management. Founded in 1997, ColorGATE based in Hannover, Germany, has been  providing software for the wide format and industrial printing sectors. With a extensive  European customer base in industrial printing software. It's colour management technology is used in printing and decorating a wide variety of materials used for packaging, floor and wall coverings as well as textiles and signage.  Ricoh  growth strategy plan includes expanding in the industrial print market. It recently bought LAC Corporation that manufactures inkjet equipment that prints on 3D surfaces. They also own Avanti Computer Software of Toronto that sells MIS and estimating software.
