NEW JERSEY—  TD Bank has recalled complimentary pens that were being given away at branches because of manufacturing defects. The top of the pen could pop off creating a potential risk of choking. Who handled the order was not disclosed. Even giving thing away for free has its risks. TD said they will replace the defective pens with new ones.
