QUEBEC CITY—  Multi Bookbinding has bought Spiraplast of Quebec City. Spiraplast makes plastic binding for binderies , copy shops, printers and offices in Quebec and Ontario. They will be moving to Multi Bookbindings plant in Quebec. 
      Multi Bookbinding is a trade bindery that specializes in hard cover books, perfect binding and mechanical binding. They have a 57,000 sq. ft plant in Quebec City with about 60 employees. They sell to printers in Ontario and Quebec.
