CONCORD, ON— Planet Paper Group, a Concord, ON-based provider of packaging products, display and fulfillment services, has acquired TRICOR POP in Cleveland, OH.

TRICOR designs and manufactures packaging, displays, and retail signage. The acquisition will allow Planet Paper Group to expand into US markets and enhance its end-to-end display, packaging and merchandising business.

The combined group will design and manufacture corrugated and permanent displays for the retail industry and offer fulfillment and distribution services.  Together they will continue to serve consumer packaged goods customers in pharmaceuticals, health & beauty, electronics, stationaries, food, beverage, consumer product, household and personal care segments.
