QUEBEC—Imprimerie Pub Cite Inc., a Quebec-based commercial printer with approximately 49 employees, has filed a Notice of Intention (NOI) to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The notice was filed on January 7, 2016.

The NOI states all proceedings against Pub Cite are stayed and no creditor has any remedy against the company or its assets, nor shall it commence or continue any action, execution or other proceedings for the recovery of a claim.
