Ellis Paper Box installs New Komori GL 8-colour coater
MISSISSAUGA, ON—Ellis Paper Box in Mississauga Ontario has just completed the install of a new Komori GL 8-colour 40" press with coater. The press is fully automated and equipped to run both low energy UV and conventional UV inks. It sits alongside a Komori LSX 24" x 29"  7-colour press with coater installed a couple of years ago.

Ellis Paper Box is a part of the Ellis Group with locations in Pickering, Mississauga and Guelph, Ontario. The Mississauga plant specializes in high-end pharmaceutical work as well as OTC folding cartons. The press was sold and installed by K-North Services Inc. based in Georgetown Ontario—the Komori dealer for sales, parts and service in Ontario and Western Canada.

Actually low energy UV is special lamps and ink. Komori low engery is called H-UV which is what a lot of people call it.

Low energy, cold, conventional, it has nothing to do with the inks

Same as reg UV but uses less energy. Different than cold UV, which is the best way
