QUEBEC CITY—High quality labels manufacturer Multi-Action Labels has expanded its short-run printing operation by installing Netherlands-based SPGPrints’ DSI UV-inkjet label printing press. The press boasts high quality, shorter lead times and lower supply chain costs.



The 13", eight-colour DSI press is a complete line for single pass production and complements Multi-Action's three existing ETI flexo lines—which will now be used exclusively for long runs.

Jonathan Bourbonnière, president of Multi-Action Labels says the press is helping customers in the food & beverage, homecare, pharmaceutical and industrial markets make major savings by reducing stockholding levels.
