ST. LOUIS—Grimco Inc. has acquired the Canadian operations of  Proveer Sign & Graphics.  The acquisition will leverage both company’s product lines and resources and Proveer Sign &  Graphics local industry knowledge, to deliver a worthwhile buying experience to both American and Canadian customers.

Grimco Inc. is a wholesale supply company with 40 locations throughout the United States and its services include, but are not limited to traffic signs, digital print media and electrical sign supplies. Proveer Sign & Graphics is a distributor of graphic signs and equipment across the country.

The American company will be adding five new locations in the cities of Toronto, Montreal, Dartmouth, Calgary and Vancouver to its market portfolio in hopes of expanding its presence in the industry on an international scale.
