BizCard planning for Canadian expansion
TAMPA BAY, FL—BizCard Xpress, a franchise offering printing, sign manufacturing and promotional advertising, has announced it plans to penetrate the Canadian market.

The expansion will follow a period of strong growth in the U.S. where the company sprouted 25 new printing and sign centres over the last two years. To lead the charge, BizCard tapped Bryan Smith as its new vice president of franchise development.

Smith brings with him 25 years of experience including six years in Canada with another popular franchise, Sign-A-Rama. During his tenure from 2001-2007 he oversaw Sign-A-Rama's growth from six to 50 locations across the country. With Smith onboard, BizCard says it now looks to assemble a team of executives to work with him on building a presence in Canada.

BizCard Xpress launched in 1985 as a one-hour business card shop before franchising in 2009. It offers promotional items including print jobs, signs, decal and T-shirts.
